Maangalya Group is part of NRI Group Headquartered at Singapore with wide ranging operations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and India. In India the group is into Property development with large presence in Chennai, Bangalore and Madurai.

In Bangalore, Maangalya Group has been executing both residential and commercial projects.

"THE RESIDENCES" project at Benson Town is a residential Complex located on Benson Cross Road and completed in 2004. This 59 uniquely designed apartment complex has features as wonderfully unique as its 59 families who own and live there.

Maangalya Group completed "Maangalya Suryodaya" a residential project at Marathahalli, Bangalore in 2008, comprising 101 Apartments, that stands as a testimony to Maangalya's commitment to deliver perfect homes built with passion for un-comprising quality and fineness.

Maangalya Group through one of its Associate Companies M/s. Sharada Estates Pvt. Ltd., built "Maangalya Grande", a Nine Storeyed stand-alone office building off J.C. Road measuring 1,10,000 Sq.Ft., in 2004 and since then, Jain Group of Institutions have occupied the entire building as single tenant. The Building when completed was referred as "State-of-the-art Commercial Complex" and offered greatest flexibility in its design to accommodate future changes and work environment. Even after 9 years, building stands majestic with its elegant Glass & Granite facade from outside and breath taking designer space from inside.

Currently Maangalya Group is undertaking two Projects, "Maangalya Ashirwad" a 14 Floor residential project offering 209 exclusive apartments on Bannerghatta Road. And "Maangalya Prosper" in Anjanapura off Kanakpura Main Road also a 14 floor residential complex offering 274 life style apartments in combination of 2 & 3 BHK type and both projects are under progress.

Further, Maangalya Group in Association with Mandakini Constructions (P) Ltd., is diversifying into Hospitality business and as a first step in this direction has obtained allotment of 3 Acres of Industrial Land in EPIP Area at Whitefield from KIADB and has signed a Development cum Revenue Sharing Agreement with M/s. Accor Hospitality, worlds' third largest Hotel Chain for setting up a Budget Hotel in Whitefield, Bangalore. The Hotel is branded FORMULE 1 and is in operation now.

Mangal Tirth Estate Ltd., is an Associate Company of Mangalya Group who is the promoter of "Spencer Plaza" - a 1.1 million sq.ft. Shopping Mall in Chennai, the largest in India. It is a standing testimony to groups' capability to execute large development with impeccable quality and timely delivery.

"Mangal Tirth Estate Ltd" recently completed OAKRIDGE ENCLAVE an Ultra Luxurious semi Detached row house Project Located on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR Area) which is Chennai IT Corridor Area. It has recently completed another luxurious residential apartments project MAPLEWOOD located at the beginning of OMR Road which is part of IT Corridor Area of Chennai.

At Madurai, township on an area of 95 Acres is being planned very close to the Airport and Ring Road offering the very best combination of Residential, Commercial, Shopping and Entertainment spaces to be designed and executed by the best planning fraternity both from India and abroad.

At Chennai M/s. C K Investments Pvt. Ltd., an Associate Company undertook development of around 250 Farm Plots under the name "K G EMERALD BEACH" on East Coast Road, Mahabalipuram (Opp. Silversands). The development comprised top quality infrastructure which included a large and fully loaded Club House.
